Our board of directors is made up of educators and parents who strongly value the importance of a high-quality education for all students.
Rachelle Smith
Rachelle works as an art educator for students with disabilities in Columbus, OH. She has a Masters degree in Art Education and is a certified TVI. She has worked in education for over 15 years. Rachelle attended Montessori schools as a child and rediscovered the significance of receiving a Montessori education while searching for educational options for her own children. Rachelle's mission is to make Montessori education accessible to all children regardless of race or income.
Melissa Childress
Melissa is the mother of four young children and has many years of experience as an educator with several Columbus area schools.
Josh Smith
Josh is a father of two school-aged boys and works as a an Associate at a financial institution.
Dawn Ramsey
Dawn currently serves as an educator in Ohio.
